All returns and exchanges must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact a representative at Sales@BeverageSolutions.biz to obtain a valid RAN and instructions on how to return merchandise. Beverage Solutions is not responsible for returns that lack a valid RAN. Returns and exchanges on unopened merchandize in new condition are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order. If an unopened item is returned due to no error on our part, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an unopened item is exchanged, the restocking item will be waived. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 10 days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return or exchange is due to our error. Refunds on unopened merchandise in new condition will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) returned. At the time of credit, you will receive conformation e-mail from us that your account has been credited. Beverage Solutions does not accept returns on used merchandise or opened packages unless the equipment is defective. In that case, the manufacturer’s warranty comes into effect. Contact our sales department at Sales@BeverageSolutions.biz for instructions on repairing merchandise under the manufacturer’s warranty.
